The hygger 979 Efficient Dual Filter is a remarkable product that combines biofiltration and mechanical filtration to deliver sparkling clear water in less than 24 hours. Its powerful motor ensures constant water circulation and oxygenation, creating a healthier environment for turtles.

The filter's 2-stage filtration system effectively handles both biological and mechanical filtration. The powerful motor generates a consistent water flow, efficiently blowing away turtle debris back into the filter. This process results in crystal-clear water, allowing for quick and easy water changes.

To ensure optimal performance, the filter must be submerged in the bottom chamber where the motor is mounted. The water intake consists of small holes along the bottom, so it is not recommended to use a small sand tank to avoid clogging.
